Shipping & returns

We are a new, small business, trying to make a social impact and working with a population that is new to this kind of work, therefore, we are always looking to improve. Your feedback helps us grow and make better quality pieces. If you find defects or quality control issues, it helps us to see a photo of what was defective so we can ensure that the problem is fixed in the future.

  • Returns and exchanges are permitted in the following cases:

    • If you receive a different product than the product ordered

    • If a product arrives damaged due to shipping

    • If a product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect

  • In any of the cases listed above we ask you to contact us by e-mail at Be sure to include the name of the product and describe the situation (a photo helps a lot!) and we will follow-up on your order. All shipping fees will be reimbursed with the return of the purchase.

  • If you receive a different piece than the one purchased, send us an e-mail and we will provide you the return address. We will send you the correct piece at the same time and refund you the costs of the return shipment. 

  • If you receive a damaged product or with manufacturing defect, we ask you to send by e-mail the product name and a description detailing the kind of damage. We will contact you to replace the piece or provide a full refund. 

  • Please keep in mind that all Nunayú jewelry is handmade by our artisans, and therefore are more delicate than machine manufactured jewelry, but we strive to provide the highest quality and are committed to correcting production errors when they occur. Your feedback and communication helps us improve the quality of each piece. Thank you!
